Requests can be sent to the <a href=\"mailto:director.nitm.bg@gmail.com\">director.nitm@icmr.gov.in<\/a>  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oral or telephonic requests will not be considered unless followed up with a formal official communication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Personal Stays:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Requests for personal stays will only be entertained under exceptional circumstances and require prior approval from the Director.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Advance Booking Requirements:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Guests are advised to submit their booking request at least 7 days in advance to facilitate processing of the request. Kindly note that the institute is closed on Saturday and Sunday.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The request should include comprehensive details, such as:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Full name of the guest(s)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Designation and institution\/organization<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ID card number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Purpose of visit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Number of rooms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Details of accompanying persons including driver details (if any)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Duration of stay in the Guest House (check-in and check-out dates) with anticipated time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact details (email and phone number)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All the details should be submitted in the prescribed format provided in Form-1 (GHF-1)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Booking Confirmation:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the request is processed, a confirmation of booking will be communicated to the guest via email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Walk-in accommodation:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Walk-in requests for accommodation are generally not encouraged. However, under special circumstances, they may be considered subject to: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Availability of rooms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Approval from the Guest House Manager and\/or the Director, ICMR-NITM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submission of GHF-1 details at the time of check-in.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Check-In Requirements:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All guests must produce the valid Government-issued ID card whose details have been provided during booking at the Main Gate and\/or during the check-in process<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guests are requested to cooperate with the security staff for verification purposes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Additional Guidelines:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Guest House is primarily intended for official visits of Scientists and technologists. Any non-official bookings, if permitted, will be strictly at the discretion of the Director.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guests are expected to adhere to the house rules during their stay.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In case of any changes to the booking (e.g., extension, cancellation), guests must promptly inform the Guest House Manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Feedback Submission:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Guests are encouraged to share their feedback, suggestions, or grievances regarding their stay upon checking out of the Guest House.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A designated feedback form will be readily available at the Guest House reception to facilitate this process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Contact Information:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For inquiries or submission of requests, guests may contact the Guest House
